• Bonuses are offered to one account per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.

j99 actively monitors bonus usage. Wagering strategies deemed to be exploiting bonus mechanics in bad faith (such as low-variance, one-sided betting purely to clear rollover with minimal risk) may result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and associated winnings.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

j99 operates on a foundation of fair play, honesty, and mutual respect between all users and the platform. The following actions are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play, place bets, or interact with j99 in a manner not intended for genuine human users.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or pooling accounts to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent platform rules.
• Attempting to exploit software glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities on the j99 platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial activity through the j99 platform. j99 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
